2) Shipping Charges shall be Extra according to Country.

3) Once payment is disbursed in our Bank Account then we will dispatch the product within 5 Business Working Days or Early.

4) All International shipments are subject to Customs Examination & Authorities Approval. Period for Customs Examination/Authorities Approval/Detention & Holidays is not been included in Shipping Duration.

5) Custom Duties & VAT if any shall be paid by Buyer / Consignee / Receiver / Importer / Bill to Party at their Country before delivering the goods.

6) Any query or question related to the product (Shilajit) raised by Importing Country's Custom and other concerned Authorities or any documents to show identity or any detention of goods, shall be solely taken care of or answered by Buyer / Receiver / Importer / Consignee / Bill to Party at their Country and seller shall not be responsible for Customs Clearance of Destination Country in any way.

7) Customs Clearance of Destination Country shall be taken care of and done either by Buyer / Receiver / Importer / Consignee / Bill to Party or Custom Clearance Agent (CHA) of Buyer / Receiver.

8) The above prices in $ € £ are included Exchange Rate / Commission / Taxes & change in above prices are subject to currency fluctuation.

9) The Shipping Address with Contact No. (Alternative No.) should be absolutely correct in terms of Sequence of Address, Spelling, Postal Code, Land Mark, Contact Nos. & reachable by courier person. If the parcel or product does not reach you due Incorrect & Incomplete Address, Address changes charges of $13 shall be charged from buyer.

Payment Instructions:

When you order Shilajit on Personal Name (Individual) or Company Name, the Payment shall be made against goods, whether through PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer, should come from exact same Person or Company Name who bought the product.

Example: If Mr. Jack (Individual) purchases Shilajit then payment should always come from Mr. Jack's PayPal or Bank Account, not from Mr. Thomas.

If M/s Metrix Pvt. Ltd (Company) purchases Shilajit then payment should always come from M/s Metrix Pvt. Ltd.'s PayPal or Bank Account, not from XYZ Pvt. Ltd.

Note: Either payment is made from PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer into our Bank Account, we are bound to use the Name and Address which is associated with PayPal or Bank, for shipping the Parcel or Goods to you or buyer.

Sub Total 1 = £120 + £0 = £120
